Open Typesetting Stack (OTS) is a standalone service developed by the Public Knowledge Project (PKP) (Simon Fraser University) that converts Microsoft Word and PDF documents into structured files (XML JATS). OTS automates the process of creating articles in HTML, PDF and EPUB format from XML files. The service is designed as an extension module integrated into OJS 3 and developed alongside the WYSIWYG XML editor Texture, by Substance Software.
